Fence Repair and Painting
The black metal fencing along the perimeter of some parts of the community will be repaired and painted in Mar/Apr.
If you have this metal fencing as part of your yard, please clear any plantings and brush away from the fence, pull any dirt away from the bottom of the fence, and remove any additional fencing material you have attached to the fence so it can be repaired and painted. Feel free to contact GRG with any questions!
Neighborhood Reminders

For the safety of the community please abide by all stop signs.
3.
Remember only the number of vehicles that can fit in your garage may be parked on your driveway. Parking four or more vehicles in a driveway and double parking are not allowed.

Overnight parking is not allowed on community roads. Overflow parking is located outside the community exit gate on Mystra Way.
7.
Please do not store or discard vegetation clippings, toys, or any household items in the HOA perimeter.
9.
Please always be courteous by immediately picking up your pet waste.

The neighborhood speed limit is 25 MPH

Do not give out the gate code to contractors or non residents.

Please do not hang any material, including wet clothing, wet suits, or towels, on the perimeter HOA fences.
8.
Ensure your sprinklers are not over spraying onto community property including the mailboxes, sidewalks, roads, or perimeter fences.
10.
Help preserve the integrity of our road edges and allow proper gutter drainage by placing your waste bins on the road about 2 feet from the curb. Waste pick up occurs each Thursday on a regular week and one day later on a government holiday week.
